In a late-19th-century townhouse on Corso Rosmini, the Zani family has welcomed travellers since 1961: three generations, an art collection and the same wish to make you feel at home.
Hotel Rovereto lies in the charming town of Rovereto, in the province of Trento. Our house, set in a late-19th-century townhouse, has belonged to the Zani family since 1961.

Art, culture and taste
At Hotel Rovereto you are welcomed by an elegant, personal atmosphere in which art, architecture and design tell our story. The collection begun in the 1960s sits alongside a cuisine that brings together Mantuan roots and Trentino flavours.

Our story
Since 1889, on Corso Rosmini
- 1889
The hotel opens on the new Corso Rosmini, built to link the railway to the old town. Rovereto is under Austro-Hungarian rule, and the building still bears its imperial imprint.
- 1961
The Zani family becomes the owner of the house. In those same years, Mr Giulio Zani’s passion gives rise to the art collection that still fills the hall today.
- 2023
The latest renovation is completed, designed by the architect Alessandro Cestele: PerDormire mattresses, Internorm soundproof windows, Gessi taps and fittings.

Forty rooms, each with a work by the artist Susanna Briata, the Ristorante 900 and the third generation of the family to welcome you.

The artist Susanna Briata has given each of our 40 rooms its own identity, creating a bespoke work of art for every one. Renovated in 2023 to a design by the architect Alessandro Cestele.
