The Ristorante Novecento of the Hotel Rovereto
Has always been the strength of the Hotel Rovereto. Run by our Family for over fifty years, it is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and for its hospitality.
Vanda Zani brought from the Mantua region traditional specialties such as homemade pasta (ravioli, tortellini, pappardelle). Now you will still find these plates toghether with local recipes of the Trentino region. Great attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients.
In the summer in our veranda we serve delicious fresh salads, our homemade pastas and specialties based on fish from the lake and sea.
Recently we also introduced a Gourmet Pizza with very special ingredients, made with sour dough and organic flours.
We also serve gluten free meals.
